Since 2010 I collect information about abandoned, unused objects which are interesting for me and I consider their possible revival. To this category belong all the technical monuments, engineering utility constructions, abandoned amenities objects as hotels, kidergardens, restaurants… buildings which are in good condition, they have potential and good location. The idea came during the years when I directly reconstructed for my family and I realized the real valued of the property.
I address people, organizations to which these objects belong. I investigate the condition of these objects and reasons for it. My effort is to motivate possible usage. Many of the mentioned buildings are in good condition only thanks to their original function for which they have been built. The good condition may be guaranteed also by the time period, location and place where it´s situated. It didn´t took me long to realize that exactly these facts are what many of the owners do not know about or do not realize.
